By accessing or using PayTrix Relay (“Service”), operated by PayTrix (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including developers, businesses, and individuals who access the Service through our website, API, or Android application.

PayTrix Relay is an SMS gateway platform that enables registered users to:

• Send and receive SMS messages via a REST API using registered Android devices
• Parse incoming UPI credit alerts and OTP messages in real-time
• Configure webhook callbacks for real-time message delivery
• Manage multiple Android devices for SMS routing and load balancing
• Monitor message history, delivery analytics, and device status

The Service is intended for legitimate business and developer use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

To use PayTrix Relay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use PayTrix Relay to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or commercial communications without recipient consent
• Transmit illegal, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, or threatening content
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization
• Use the Service for phishing, smishing, or any form of social engineering

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without notice and without refund.

Access to the PayTrix Relay API is subject to rate limits determined by your subscription plan. These limits govern:

• Daily message send limits per account
• Monthly message quotas
• Bulk send batch sizes
• API request frequency

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for accounts that exceed their plan limits or exhibit abusive usage patterns. Custom limits may be negotiated for enterprise use cases.

PayTrix Relay is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. Key billing terms:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days’ prior notice
• Downgrading a plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PayTrix and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data or content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• All SMS messages will be delivered successfully (delivery depends on carriers and devices)
• The Service will meet your specific business requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayTrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees except as described in our Refund Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
